Canberra Property - The Best Real Estate Agent I Have Ever Worked With
I recently engaged Alyson to provide Project Management (PM) services for a full property renovation, as well as to act as the selling agent. What I appreciated most about Alyson from the beginning was her high level of integrity and raw honesty throughout the renovation and sales processes. Both of these attributed are something I have struggled to find from the Real Estate industry. Project Management/Renovations: I currently live interstate to the property, which would usually make any renovation difficult. Fortunately for me, I engaged Alyson. As the PM, Alyson helped me every step of the way, from making design decisions, to organising and paying trades, to applying rigorous quality assurance and control over the final product. Her attention to detail, along with her ability to back herself with design decisions, provided the right combination to deliver the best possible result. Without the renovations, my property would never have been able to be presented to market at the price I wanted. Great result, smooth process
Alyson made what can be a stressful process (selling my biggest asset) as smooth as possible. She gave me quick and realistic advice about my property's value and handled getting the property ready for sale. The property was listed for sale on a Friday, was open for inspection on the Saturday and by Tuesday I had three offers, one of which I accepted. I am very pleased with the result, which has put me in a good position to purchase a house in another city :)

Alyson was very helpful ensuring the house was ready for rental. She advised on the process, organised the EER/insulation inspection and provided contacts to trades required to get the house in tip top shape. She also organised photos and a drone video to show the house in its best light. It was advertised, open home held and tenants found in short order. So far the entire process has been smooth with Alyson providing excellent advice throughout.

Wouldn't sell through anyone else. Alyson was the first and only realestate agent I met with when selling my townhouse. She was down to earth, honest and understanding.
Even though Gungahlin isn't really her 'side of town' she got us an offer above what we expected in the first open. Her rate was exceptionally reasonable and she took the time to explain the entire process to me as it was my first sale.
